1. Introduction
 

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of the project “SME-RISE” (the “Project Website”), available at www.sme-rise.eu.

By accessing or using the Project Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Project Website.


2. Project Context

The Project Website relates to the project “SME-RISE” (the “Project”), funded under the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union (Grant Agreement No. Project 2025-1-PT01-KA220-VET-000361769).

Project Duration: 01/12/2025 – 30/11/2027

The Project is carried out by a consortium of partners consisting of academic institutions, research organisations, and industry participants (the “Consortium”).

The purpose of the Project Website is to support the dissemination, communication, and exploitation of the Project’s results and activities.

 

3. Website Operator

The Project is not a separate legal entity.

Each Consortium partner remains independently responsible for its own contributions to the Project.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Consortium partners.

 

5. Permitted Use of the Website
 

You may use the Project Website solely for lawful and informational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • use the website in any unlawful or fraudulent manner

  • interfere with or disrupt the website’s functionality or security

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
